چکیده

In order to obtain the thermal characteristics of electric vehicle connector in operation. Firstly, circuit diagram is obtained by using thermoelectric simulation method. Then, based on Newton?s cooling equa?tion, natural-convection heat transfer coefficient calculated, which provides accurate input parameters for calculation. Finally, performance and influence component size material are analyzed ANSYS software. When working current 250 A ambient temperature 25?C, rise shell conductor can meet requirement. reduce uniform difference each part connector, following optimization schemes put forward: optimal length insulator 44 mm, should be increased as far possible if conditions permit, liquid crystal polymer with high conductivity selected material, aluminum alloy blackness material.
